"It was a great brand new resort opened up only about 4 months ago with an incredible pool and beautiful rooms with great views. We spent a large amount of our day in and around the pool which was easily the highlight of our stay. The beach is also right across the road with extremely easy access. The gym was well stocked. Our room was large with comfortable beds and a great bathroom with amazing shower pressure. Staff were incredibly friendly and always up for a quick chat whenever we were down in the common areas for a swim or for food. The garden includes 2 pools (one main and one paddle pool) with a huge pirate ship in the middle. There are tons of places to sit and enjoy a drink with family, and a lot of things to keep younger kids occupied. Disliked · For a high end resort in the area, there is a serious lack of organisation between staff. We didn't face any major issues but there were minor frustrations along the way that added up in the end. We were allowed to book for 3 adult guests in a twin room (2 single beds - a mistake on our part for not noticing). On arrival and at noticing oir mistake we asked if we were able to accomodate an extra bed in the room, or if therr was a couch in the room that one of us could sleep on. They told us we werent able to bring in an extra bed, nor was there a couch in the room therefore 2 of us would have to share a single bed. A bit of back and forth later, there turned out to be a couch in our room, and if we were told this from the start a lot of frustration could have been prevented during the checkin process. Our room for 3 only had 2 bathrobes, 2 towels, and 2 pairs of slippers. On asking for an extra towel at arrival, the receptiom staff told us they would send one up. We had to ask twice further and our towel only ended up getting delivered the next morning. The staff also did not seem to know a lot about the hotel policies - we were told the pool was open until midnight but were asked to leave the pool after 8 by security to faciliatate cleaning overnight. Despite all of this, the stay was overall really good, and all of us agree that we would come back in the future if given the opportunity. I just think there's a lot that can be improved to take the resort from "good" to "great"!"
