"Sehr gepflegte Anlage und bemühtes personal. Abends kam immer jemand vorbei und brachte Schokolade und eine gute Nacht karte ans zimmer. Bei der Ankunft gab es einen welcome drink und obst im zimmer. Kann das resort nur weiterempfehlen 😊 "

"3일 숙박하는 동안 조식을 챙겨 먹었으나, 질리지 않을 정도로 매우 훌륭한 메뉴 구성과 맛을 자랑합니다. 잠자리는 깔끔하게 정돈 된 것이 좋았습니다. 욕조가 언빌리버블! 정말 좋았습니다. 수영장은 매일 관리가 이루어지고 있습니다. 수질도 좋고 이용 가능 시간도 오전6시~밤11시이니 이용하기 좋습니다. 리조트 내에 zest 스파는 서비스와 품질 모두 대만족! 스파는 낮 시간에 해피아워로 30%할인 서비스가 있으니 시긴 맞춰 이용하세요. "

"우선 직원들이 너무 친절합니다 한국어도 어느정도 할 줄 알구요 마사지나 버스 예약할 때 질문이 많았는데 열심히 설명해주더라구요 수영장은 관리를 꽤 열심히 하는게 보였어요 조식은 종류는 많으나 그냥 그랬습니다 ㅎㅎ 밥 먹으러 나가고 들어갈 때 택시가 필수지만 거리상의 문제는 감안하고 간거라 괜찮았네요! 마사지가 너무 좋았어요 시내로 나가서 받으면 절반갸랑 싸던데 이것도 싼가격이라 나가기도 귀찮고 해서 받았어요 근데 너무 좋아요... 코코넛오일로 받아보시는거 추천합니다 저 기절했어요 ㅠㅠ 재방문의사 천프로 만프로!!! 엄마랑 언니 끌고 갔는데 다들 좋다고 하셨어요😀😀 (택시기사와 시비가 붙었는데 로비에서 저희를 아주 잘 챙겨줬어요 ㅠㅠ) "

"Das Frühstück war toll mit einer großen Auswahl an internationalen Speisen. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und hat uns die vietnamesischen Gerichte toll erklärt. Besonders THO war sehr zuvorkommend, ein wirklich netter Mitarbeiter aus dem Service! Am Nachmittag gab es eine Tea Tine die im Hotelpreis inbegriffen ist. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und groß. "We had a king room with private balcony. The balcony included chairs, reclining chairs and a tub. Fabulous views. The room itself was large and comfortable w a kitchen. Staff was helpful and spoke English. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options. Room service was good. I can’t say enough about how beautiful the hotel room was ! "

"Restaurant - one day we ordered chicken, and they brought it whole - bones and all, tasty, but we struggled, next time they brought just breasts, still very tasty, but less drama, I'm impressed how they picked up on that and improved instantly Spa - 10/10 I went back to this hotel because of the spa Seaview in our room was perfect Definitely will recommend, and if I return to Vietnam, I'll try to go to Cliff again Great job, guys!!!"

" Clean air, chill and relax atmosphere but what I loved the most was the level of details that they had with us, every night we will find a roll with a story tale and a gift (sometimes chocolats other nights a skin care surprise). The room was really comfortable with a pretty terrace, lovely decorated with flowers. They have several activities to keep you busy: sports, karaoke, ping-pong... you choose."
