"Lage des Hotel angenehm, weil man weg vom Zentrum und dem Lärm ist. Nur das Rauschen des Meeres. Wir hatten einen Strandbungalow und über ein paar Treppen ist man direkt am Strand. Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm auf der eigenen Terrasse sind sehr von Vorteil. Jedoch genauso gemütlich und entspannend ist der Infinty - Pool - ein riesiges Pool, Platz für alle. Leider mussten wir aufgrund Covid19 um ein paar Tage verkürzen, da unser eigentlicher Flug storniert wurde. Der Hotelmanager bzw. die wirklich sehr freundlichen Damen an der Rezeption sind uns sehr entgegen gekommen und waren in dieser Situation sehr hilfsbereit. Danke dafür!"

"Everything was amazing. We got a welcome drink, and the let us stay in the pool before early check in. They have lots of activities you won't get bored. I remember a staff who gave us a cold water everytime when we go to pool. But I couldn't write his name when i check out on the satisfaction survey. His name is Hien! (I asked his name after the survey) Beach bangalow is so nice to stay and easy to go to the beach. I can't forget the huge bathroom and shower booth. Definitely want to recommend to friends!"

"View from my room is totally great. It is peaceful and private. It makes me feel like I am home and definitely relaxing. Plus, all staffs are friendly and supportive. And the food, I cannot forget how delicious and fresh it is. This is 2nd time I visited Victoria resort so it is much better than the past. The service is even improved compared to last time since they provided electric car driving us to our bungalow. They noticed the very small detail and make their service better. Very appreciate!"

"One of the smaller resorts in Vietnam, not that new anymore but all the facilities are in a good and proper condition, very clean, tidy and super helpful and friendly staff. They are very open minded, easy communication and they make every wish come true :-) We felt very comfortable and enjoyed ourself. Also the staff has very good working conditions compared to other vietnamese working contracts. We talked a lot to the staff and had a great time. The spa offers many different treatments for a reasonable price. Private beach wich was very clean. Two pools available and also special deals for hotel guests if you want to make any activities in the area. From watersports to sunset ride to the dunes. Also individual tours. an be booked. They let us stay in the park resort during the day even if we already checked out. Free towels for the beach n pool included. Thank you so much for all the nice little details and your great crew. We definitely would come back again."

Perfect personnel, good kitchen, bungalos are far away from each other, not crowded; large green territory; several good pools, perfect beach; volleyball court plus other activities; 20 min walk from Mui ne restaurant/massage area. The grounds were well laid out - not too much distance between stuff but still felt things weren’t crammed together. Staff superb - friendly, attentive without being overbearing. Breakfast good as well! Great amenities - spa, gym, tennis etc. Fantastic value for money and highly recommended!"

"Gently staff with smile, location by the beach, the 2 pools and the green atmosphere. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The breakfast offers a various range of food which is convenient for all. Food options for lunch/dinner are good (cooked in situ). Great internet connection. Staff is coming every night to prepare the room, put the mosquito net and some nice cakes! Hotel is putting a lot of efforts to bring as much attention as possible (welcome discussion with the manager)! I would definitively come back! "

"Unusually encountered in Vietnam, the staff were enormously friendly and helpful, mindful of customers. We really enjoyed the food in the restaurant, quality and very tasty. The hotel was especially dedicated to minimizing the discomfort of mosquitoes with spraying. Due to my husband's height, they changed our room to a superior room without even asking. Thank you very much. And the room was huge with a very nice view. The hotel is on the beach and the sea view rooms are almost on the sand of the beach, amazing! The room was big, clean, and every night you get a little good night treat and good night story :) The breakfast is good (egg station, sweet stuff like crepe and pancakes, fruit, many vietnamese dishes, variety of bread, rolls or pastries).
